How to reach Varanasi It is very easy to reach Varanasi from Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkatta, Bhubaneswar,Lucknow, Jaipur, Khajuraho and Katmandu (Nepal) by flights. The Varanasi airport is at Babatpur which is 22 kms away from the main city. Varanasi can also be reached by train. There are trains from Mumbai, Kolkatta, Chennai, Lucknow, Allahabad, Patna, Jaipur, Gorakhpur and Khajuraho. The city is connected with Delhi by a superfast train also.
